I PREVIOUSLY SET UP AN ACCOUNT BUT NOW I CAN'T LOG IN TO THE ARISE PORTAL AT PORTAL.ARISE.COM

If you have not logged onto the portal in a while, your account may have gone inactive or you may have forgotten your username. In either case, please email registration@registration.arise.com to have your account reset or reactivated. Be sure to include your name email, address and phone number on your profile.

WHAT DOES THE WORK INVOLVE?

This is not telemarketing there is NO cold calling involved. You would handle INBOUND calls only that have been routed from the client's phone systems to your phone at your house. You will have the option to work in billing, sales or the tech department. You have the choice and pick the clients you would like to service. You will answer the call and service the customer while you are logged into the clients proprietary software on your computer. You will need a plain old telephone line (no voicemail or call waiting) and high-speed internet. You will work with the customer to resolve any concerns and provide them the information they need, then move on to the next call.

DO I GET PAID FOR TRAINING?

You can start earning revenue during the training class while taking live practice calls. This is typically the second week of training. Once you have successfully completed training, you will start selecting your full schedule.

DO I HAVE TO BE A US CITIZEN OR AND LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES?

Virtual Call Center agents must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA. We do NOT hire call-center agents who live in NY, MD, CA, WI, OR, MA, and CT.
